PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

We are available to help with any and all property management issues – 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

We have a full Maintenance, Handyman and cleaning service. Our expectation is that all properties be returned from the tenants the same way received – professionally cleaned and rent ready. We have a 24 hour handyman/cleaning service ready to help without notice.
We can personally photograph all properties. We feel that proper marketing is necessary to achieve our goal of having each property leased timely, with well qualified tenants.
We personally approve all applicants before submitting to our client for final approval. We personally meet with all clients to identify and avoid any red flags.
We can pay bills including your mortgage payments, property taxes, insurance, utilities, repairs, and anything pertaining to the ongoing management of the property. These bills will be paid timely and itemized for you. There are never any fees added to your agreed management fee.
We are capable of signing and delivering three-day notices, or if necessary, able to contact eviction services. Our due diligence will give us the best chances of avoiding these processes however, if we need to take these steps we are prepared.
We use Trust accounts for all monies. We provide you with both monthly and annual reports. All rents are due by the 5th of the month and are deposited into your account!
